Percy Phillips was born in the Colony of Victoria (1851-1900)
Percy was born in 1885, the son of Henry Phillips and Emma Bunnett.[1]
In 1918, Percy Oliver Leslie Phillips married Vera Grant.[2]
He passed away in 1946, aged 61. [3]
