She was mentioned in an 1824 deed between Peter Zetty and John Looker. This deed describes the transaction history of two tracts of land which John Looker sold to Peter Zetty. The deed states that the two tracts of land (being sold to Zetty) were originally part of 590 acres of land originally owned by John Phillips deceased (the 590 acres were originally in two tracts), which were then divided into 7 separate surveys (tracts) upon his death. One of these tracts was sold to John Looker by George and Elizabeth Dunlap, and the other sold to John Looker by John Peters and wife Lydia. It is these two tracts which are being sold to Peter Zetty by John Looker, and it is stated that these two tracts are adjacent to each other and bordered by land owned by Samuel Martz and Abraham Phillips.
