Biography

Eliza Phillips, ^[1] daughter of James Phillips and his wife Mary, ^[2] was born in about 1824 in Freshwater, Isle of Wight. ^[3] She was baptised on 15 February 1824 in Freshwater, Isle of Wight. ^[2] She married Henry Gosden in 1849 at the Register Office, Newport, Isle of Wight. ^[1] She died in about December 1868 on the Isle of Wight. ^[4] She was buried on 6 December 1868 in Freshwater, Isle of Wight. ^[5]

Residence
On 30 March 1851 in Shalfleet, Isle of Wight, with her husband Henry Gosden, her stepchildren James Gosden aged 12, William Gosden aged 10 and George Gosden aged 7 and her children Edward Burns Phillips aged 4, Ann Gosden aged 1 and Luke Gosden aged 0. ^[3]
