Biography

When Appleton Jones Phillips was born on October 19, 1844, in Prince Edward, Ontario, his father, Elisha, was 26 and his mother, Isabella, was 22. He married Rachel J Allison on September 7, 1865, in Hastings, Ontario. He died on August 6, 1904, in Belleville, Ontario, at the age of 59, and was buried there.
