Probate
The will of Thomas Phillips of Duxbury, yeoman was dated 10 November 1778 and proved on 7 December 1778 in Plymouth. He mentions his widow Lydia, and his children, Thomas Phillips (eldest son), Amos Phillips (executor), Lydia Phillips, Mary Mitchell, Rebecca Swift, and Abigail Swift.[1]
His inventory was taken on 1 February 1779 in Duxbury. It included items that his widow brought to the marriage.[2]
