Biography
Edward was a Corporal in the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II. His obituary in The Martinsville Bulletin states that he was the youngest Commissioner of the Revenue ever to serve in Virginia, and retired from this position with Henry County in 1991 after 41 years of service.
He is buried at Roselawn Burial Park in the Town of Martinsville, Virginia.
