Biography
William Charles Philpott was born 20 February 1871 at Carroll County, Ohio. He was a son of William Irvin Philpott and Drusilla Colar.[1]
William did not marry or have any children. He died 22 December 1947 at Johnson County, Nebraska, and was buried in Tecumseh Cemetery, at Tecumseh, Johnson County.[2]
