Biography
Seldon Ray Philpott was born 9 September 1911 at Olympia, Thurston County, Washington. He was a son of Eldridge Philpott and Rosa May Roberson. Seldon Ray Philpott married twice. He first married Tessie Ross (no children, divorced) 20 October 1933 at Olympia. His second marriage, to Mrs. Bernice (Lowry) Puz (no children, divorced) occurred on 20 October 1951 at Olympia.[1]
