Ann was born about 1797, in Granville, Annapolis, Nova Scotia, to Elijah Phinney (1773-1865) and Hepzibah (Chesley) Phinney (abt.1773-abt.1866). She died 30 May 1850 in Wilmot, Annapolis, Nova Scotia.
