Biography

Elizabeth Phipps was born about 1818 in Wayne County, Kentucky.She was the daughter of Peter Phipps and Nancy Davenport. She married George Washington Parmley on 1 Aug 1837 in Wayne County, Kentucky [1]. George was born 12 Oct 1814 in Wayne County, Kentucky and was the son of Robert Parmley and Barbara Adair. Elizabeth died before the 1880 census and George died after, presumably both in Wayne County [2].
