Mary Ann Pierce was born on 14 April 1819 in Boothbay, Maine. Her parents were Jonathan Pierce and Lydia (Rand) Pierce[1].
She married Thomas Marr on 12 February 1842 in Boothbay[2]. They had six children[3]:
1. Edward, born Oct 1843; married Mahala Russell
2. Harriet, born 19 Jan 1847; married Everett Pinkham
3. Eliphalet, born 22 Dec 1850; married Frances Pierce
4. Thomas Warren, born 26 Nov 1852; married Addie Haskell
5. Charles Jones, born 8 Oct 1857; married Mary Witham
6. Laura, born 6 Jul 1860; married J. Dana Payson
Mary died on 19 August 1895 in Southport, Maine[4] and is buried in Union Cemetery[5].
