Biography
When Percy Franklin “Frank” Pierce was born on August 11, 1936, in Jefferson, Kentucky, his father, Hubert, was 27 and his mother, Ruby, was 26. He had two sons from one relationship. He then married Candace M. Pierce Scott and they had three children together. He died on October 14, 1985, in Jefferson, Kentucky, at the age of 49, and was buried in Louisville, Kentucky.
