Re: Request for Merge with Pierce-8506. Hello. I was reconciling the Ephraim Pierce (b.1753) family line of Pepperell, Middlesex, Mass. and in doing that reconciliation I had to reconcile to his parents Ebenezer and Mary Pierce of Pepperell using Mass. VRs. Because of that research I am certain these two profiles are duplicates.

Ebenezer's birth date, as shown on both profiles, is speculative. In AmericanAncestors.org there is a military record coming thru for Ebenezer Pierce, year 1725, Groton, Mass.; company Capt. Eleazar Tyng "Mass. Officers and Soldiers, 1723-1743." pg.196.

Ebenezer Pierce, b. prob. abt 1705 (give or take), Hopkinton, Mass. (neighbors to Groton and Pepperell) and who m. Mary ____ bef. 1732 (the year of their 1st child). They had children from 1732-1753, the last being the Ephraim Pierce I was reconciling. :-) FAG identifies Mary as being Mary Warner of Pepperell, Mass. but I'm unable to substantiate that with a primary source.

Sites I've checked for Mary Pierce's LNAB: Am. Ancestors.org; Ancestry.com and FamilySearch.org.
