Biography
Margaret is the eldest daughter of Thomas Pigot of Clotherholme and Melmerby, Yorkshire. She was a co-heir with her sisters, Dame Jane Hussey and Elizabeth.
Margaret married James (b. c. 1460 - d. 20 Sep 1539), son of Thomas Metcalfe (b. c. 1424 - d. 1503/4), Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, and Elizabeth, daughter and co-heir of William Hartlington.[2]
