Pike-1943 and Pike-4150 appear to represent the same person because: Mother's merge completed; these profiles can now be merged.

Pike-4150 and Pike-1943 are not ready to be merged because: Pending merge of mother's profile. There is a discrepancy in her LNAB, so that needs to be established before these profiles can be merged.
