Hannah and her husband, Mathurin Ballou, are the gateway ancestors for a large Ballou family line from Providence, Rhode Island that emerged in the 1600s. The mother of President james Garfield, Eliza Ballou|Ballou-67 is a direct descendant of Mathurin and Hannah.
I haven't seen any of the documentation on Hannah being part of the Great Migration. Have you seen anything on this?
