Biography
Eustace Bellinger Pinckney, Jr. was born on March 12, 1884 in Pinckney Colony.[1][2] He was the son of Eustace Bellinger Pinckney and Mary Martha Porcher.[3] Eustace had no formal schooling.[1] He was a tall, stout man with brown eyes and red hair.[2] At the time of the draft, Eustice was farming in Yemassee (Hampton County), South Carolina.[2] He also raised livestock[4] and was the last of the Rice Planters on Savannah River.[1]
Eustace married Genevieve Bero on November 24, 1908.[1] She was born in Bluffton.[1] They had 8 children.[1]
