Biography

Edward was born in 1784. He was the son of John Pine-Coffin and Grace Rowe.[1]

Edward was the commissary-general in charge of relief for Limerick and western Ireland during the famine up to August 1846. He was knighted by patent for his services.

Edward never married.

He passed away in 1862.[2][3]

It was Charles john Pine-Coffin's father John father that assumed the arms of Coffin and the name PIne-Coffin after the death of his cousin, inheriting Portledge as his grandmother was Coffin. You keep adding inaccurate things to my families profiles...We also don't call people "Junior" in the Uk.
