No wife released dower on that deed.[7]

[8] Then on 9 September 1805, Benjamin Pinkham of Tuftonborough for $350 to Benjamin Hodgdon of Tuftonborough, husbandman, sold about 100 acres that he purchased of John Wiggin by deed dated October 5th, 1804.[9]

He was enumerated in 1810 in Dover with a male 10 to 15 and one 26 to 44, one female 10 to 15 and one 26 to 44.[10] Neither Benjamin nor Nancy leaves any probate records." in Hollick.[11]

Research Notes

Sinnett has birth year as 1772 but his brother, Joseph was also born in 1772, on a different date. I moved Benjamin's birth year to 1773. More research needed. This issue was resolved by Hollick's research, which shows Joseph and Benjamin to be twins.

Find a Grave record shows birth place as Tuftonborough without citing source, but supports birth year of 1772.
