Parents, birth date and location, spouse and marriage location, death date and location, and “buried opposite to the oldest burying ground in Dover"[3] and "Benjamin and Joseph Pinkham of Dover, husbandmen, for £30 sold to Mark Foss, Jr. of Barrington, husbandman, eighty-four acres in Barrington in the third range of lots in a deed dated 19 May 1794.[4] Then on 22 August 1800, Joseph Pinkham of Tuftonborugh, yeoman, for $500 to Benjamin Pinkham of Tuftonborough, yeoman, quitclaimed a tract of land in said Tuftonborough one half of lot no. eleven containing fifty acres more or less.[5] Joseph and Benjamin Pinkham, of Tuftonborough, for $10 paid by William Horn Copp of Tuftonborough, yeoman, sold land on 1 March 1804.[6] Benjamin Pinkham of Tuftonborough sold to Joseph Pinkham of Tuftonborough, both yeoman, for $500 half of lot no. eleven, containing fifty acres in Tuftonborough on 22 August 1808. No wife released dower on that deed.[7]
Benjamin Pinkham also sold to William H. Copp, fifty acres in Tuftonborough for $500 on 1 March 1804. On 10 January 1805, Nancy Pinkham by mark released her dower. [8] Then on 9 September 1805, Benjamin Pinkham of Tuftonborough for $350 to Benjamin Hodgdon of Tuftonborough, husbandman, sold about 100 acres that he purchased of John Wiggin by deed dated October 5th, 1804.[9]
He was enumerated in 1810 in Dover with a male 10 to 15 and one 26 to 44, one female 10 to 15 and one 26 to 44.[10] Neither Benjamin nor Nancy leaves any probate records." in Hollick.[11]
Sinnett has birth year as 1772 but his brother, Joseph was also born in 1772, on a different date. I moved Benjamin's birth year to 1773. More research needed. This issue was resolved by Hollick's research, which shows Joseph and Benjamin to be twins.
Find a Grave record shows birth place as Tuftonborough without citing source, but supports birth year of 1772.
