Congratulations on certifying to work on pre-1700 profiles!
It is very important to read and understand the Help:Pre-1700 Profiles page. These profiles for deep ancestors are shared by many, and collaborating on them works best if we all follow the guidelines in the certification quiz.
Primary sources should always be added to pre-1700 profiles at the time they are created. If you don't have a source for a pre-1700 profile, it would be best to ask for help in the G2G forum before creating the profile.

We have been unable to deliver email to you so we changed your email settings to reduce the number of messages we send. If we can't reach you soon your account will need to be closed.
Please 1.) click this link now to let us know you received this message and 2.) make sure that you can receive email at the email address on your profile. See the help page for more information.
Thank you!
since I didn’t see any reaction from your side about the check-in message from May, I assume you don’t want to remain a project member. If I don’t hear from you within the next 14 days, I will then remove your Germany Project badge. If you do not wish for that to happen, please reply to the check-in message below or send me a direct message.
If this message finds you too late, feel free to re-request the badge by replying to our G2G join post.
Kind regards from Black Forest
it's annual check-in time 2023. If you still wish to remain a member of the Germany Project, please reply to this post, by stating this intention. If we don’t hear from you in the next 30 days, your membership badge will be removed. In this case please don't be offended ... you're welcome to rejoin at any time. Please also note, that in order to receive help, with researching your German ancestors, membership is not mandatory. Just ask your questions in the G2G forum and tag them with Germany in order for knowledgeable people to see them.
If you wish to remain a member, we would like to learn more about your perception of the Germany Project in order to achieve a future development according to our members needs and wishes. For this, we created a survey, which we kindly ask you to fill-in.
In case you want to communicate, discuss and receive help about WikiTree in German, you might want to check out the WikiTree category at Compgen’s Discourse as well as the German Discord server Ahnenforschung.
Of course there’s still the official WikiTree Discord server, where we usually talk English. Feel free to learn more about Discord and the server at Help:Discord.
Kind regards from Black Forest
It’s Germany Project check-in time again! Please respond within the next 2 weeks and let me know if you’re still interested in participating with the Project. Remember, the only requirements for membership in the Germany Project are (1) that you work on at least one German profile every 6 months and (2) that you respond to this check-in.
Since you’re not working with one of our Sub-projects or Teams yet, please look at our main Project page for a full list and let me know which team you’d like to join.
Please respond to this message by posting a reply below or sending me a private message on WikiTree. In your response, we welcome any feedback you may want to give on the project (what you like about it, what you’d like to see us do, what we could change, etc.)
If you ever have any questions, please ask. I look forward to hearing from you soon!

Because you follow the Germany G2G tag, you will sometimes get notifications about the surname Germany - this is a system-wide issue and unfortunately cannot be changed. Folks following England, Canada, etc. also get these types of emails when someone comments on a profile of a person with that last name.
By "the emails", I assume you mean messages from the Google Group. The Google Group is how our project communicates. You do not need to respond unless you have input on the topic. In this group, members post messages to get help with their German genealogy, leaders post about things going on in the project, etc. You'll also get the project's daily activity feed with those emails. If you're receiving too many emails from the Google Group, you can opt to receive a daily digest rather than each individual email. Simply change your notification settings in the Google Group. If you need help doing this, let me know.
Let me know if you have any questions. Traci
The Germany Project Leaders are doing their semi-annual check-in with all project members and we want to verify that you’re still interested in being a member of the Project. Please respond by private message and let me know.
Are you currently working with one of our Sub-projects or Teams? If not, take a look at our main Project page for a full list.
We really appreciate your contributions on WikiTree, and thank you for all your hard work. If you have any questions, please ask. We would also love to hear any feedback you may have for the project.
I look forward to hearing from you soon!

REMINDERS: (1) We use Google Groups for project collaboration and you aren’t yet a member of the group, please submit a join request here (make sure to add your name/WikiTree ID to the request). (2) I see you've added German_Roots (our old project name) to your G2G tags, you should also add GERMANY to your followed G2G tags so you don't miss any discussions in G2G (see: Help:Tags#How_to_follow_tags Help:Tags).
Are you currently working with one of our Sub-projects or Teams? If not, take a look at our main Project page for a full list. We recently launched a new Profile Improvement Team and are seeking new team members. Let me know if you’re interested.

I see that you just did some work on pre-1700 profiles and that you have had your pre-1700 badge for quite some time.
The requirements for sources, especially for early profiles have been altered since you got your badge. There is now a quiz to take before having the badge; https://www.wikitree.com/quiz/pre_1700which you can check out. You can also read the help for pre-1700 profiles; https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Pre-1700_Profiles.
The source used recently; "Various sources; Württemberg, Germany, Lutheran Baptisms, Marriages, and Burials, 1500-1985 [database on-line]" is not really specific enough. If it is an online database perhaps you can add a link to the individual record?
