Elizabeth was born, say, 1585, which would have been a couple of years after her parents were married. She was the daughter of William Pitcher and Bridget Cowper.[1][2]
In the will of Thomas Cooper of Deopham 1605, she is mentioned as being the daughter of Thomas's deceased sister Bridget.
Elizabeth was mentioned in the Will of George Cooper of HIngham 1609 as "Elizabeth Pitcher my neece." This indicates that Elizabeth was the daughter of one of George's siblings.
Elizabeth was mentioned in the Will of John Cooper the Younger of Hingham, 1617 as "my Cozen Elizabeth Tuthill of Deepham widdowe". Immediately following, John bequests to her eldest sonne Anthony Cowper Tuttell" and then the next entry is "I give to John Reynolds her next sonne". This indicates that Elizabeth was the daughter of one of John's aunts or uncles.
Elizabeth's name appears in the Will of Robert Cooper Senior, 1626, in which he says that he leaves a bequest to "Addam [Anthony, see below] Tuthill my nephewe sonne of Elizabeth Raynolds[?] of Deepham." This indicates that Elizabeth is Robert's sister, sister-in-law or niece (assuming that Anthony was grand-nephew). As other evidence on this profile shows, she was in fact a niece of Robert and her name actually appears a second time in his will, several lines above: "Elizabeth the daughter of my deceased sister Bridgitt."
On 19 Sep 1613 a marriage was recorded between Elizabeth Pitcher and Adam Tuttell.[3] (Either Elizabeth's name was mis-recorded or she was married prior to her marriage to Adam Tuttell.)
On 8 Oct 1614 at Deopham, Norfolk, the burial for William Tuttell, son of Adam and Elizabeth, was recorded.[4]
On 27 Dec 1615 the baptism of Anthonie Tuttell, son of Adam and Elizabeth was recorded.[5]
Adam Tuttell died in May 1615 as he was buried 27 May 1615 in Deopham, Norfolk.[6]
On 11 Jan 1618 at Deopham, Norfolk, Elizabeth Tuttle married Richard Reynouldes.[7]
On 10 Oct 1624 Elizabeth and Richard christened their daughter, Frances Reynouldes in Deopham, Norfolk.[8]
