Francois Pitre was born about 1920. He does not appear in the census listing for Moise and Ola (Alla) in 1920, so would have been born later in the year. [1]
He appears in the 1930 census in Ville Platte, Evangeline, Louisiana, United States with his whole family: Moise Alla (Ola) and their children, Austin, Evline, Hurschel, Francois, George and Rose. [2]
In the 1940 census, he appears, as Frank instead of Francois, with his whole family in the same house as in 1930. There are three additional children: Wilfred (10), Mae Monia (8) and Anne Patsy (1). [3]
