The reason this profile has a death date other than what is on the official death records(1867) is due to the two children born 1886 Marie Estelle and Charles Laurent 1888. But these two children are not his; they belong to his brother Charles Pitre(PITRE-1283). My great grandfather. I do not know how to correctly move a child from one parent to another. Take away the 2 incorrect children and it would appear Onesime Charles died almost 2 years to the date of his child Amelia's birth at the age of 34, like the death record. I removed the 1885 marriage to Marie Ophelia Comeaux. This was my great grandmother. The record under the source confirms she married Charles Pitre (Pitre-1283) my great grandfather on Jan 1885. I don't know how to move these 2 children to be with the 4 half sibling
