Biography
Amable Pitre was born and baptized May 1, 1794, at Châteaugnay, Québec. She was the daughter of Ignace Pitre and Angelique Hebert. Her godfather was Jullarie Lefeure (?? - please review and correct) and her godmother was Marie Faubert.[1]
