In the 1870 US census, Florence Pitre (10) was living in Calcasieu, Louisiana, with parents Solomon Pitre (46) and Marie L Pitre (38), and siblings Celina and Francois (18).[1]
In the 1880 US census, Florence Pitre (19) was living in Hickory Flat, Calcasieu, Louisiana, with Solimon Pitre (51) and Louisa Pitre (53).[2]
Florence (30) married Amelia Langley (14) (born about December, 1877) in 1892 in Kinder, Allen, Louisiana, United States. [citation needed] Their children were:
