Biography

Clara Pitre was born on September 12, 1872 in Lake Charles, Calcasieu, Louisiana, United States. She was the daughter of Francois Pitre and Elizabeth (White) Pitre. In the 1880 census Clara (age 7), At Home, was the daughter of Francois Pitre in Ward 1 Hickory Flat, Calcasieu, Louisiana, United States.[1] She passed away in 1901 in inder, Allen, Louisiana, United States. She was buried at Green Oak Cemetery on February 22, 1901 in Kinder, Allen, Louisiana, United States.
