Note

  • Wife Mary Ann Unknown, is actually the wive of his brother, Lambert Pitre. In 1850[4], Samuel is found single still living at home with his parents. Mary Ann is seen living with "Lemuel" not Samuel in the 1850 census[5]. I can see how this misspelling of Lambert's name is confusing. Mary Ann has a profile already attached to Lambert, and I would recommend removing Samuel as husband and merge her profiles.
