Also on the plaque with him is Felicite Daigle, his wife; and six Pitre children: Charlotte Marie, Pierre, Jacques, Francoise, Felicite & Marguerite. 
Charlotte Marie Pitre, daughter of Jean-Baptiste Pitre and Felicite Daigre, was born in Mordreux, France 17 March 1763 and christened in Pleudihen the same day. She died in Louisiana before 24 Aug 1788. 
Charlotte and Nicolas Courtois married 11 Dec 1785 in New Orleans, Orleans  about a week after debarking from the Spanish ship "La Ville d'Archangel" in New Orleans. Nicolas was also on "La Ville d'Archangel". 
Charlotte died between 2 Jul 1788 and 24 Aug 1788, the dates her daughter Marie Courtois was born and baptized. On the child's birth record, Charlotte is said to be deceased. (PCP-7, 18).
