Louis Pitre, son of Joseph Pitre (1718 - ~1765) and Catherine Josephe Thibodeau (1721 - 1790), was born about 1750 in Acadie, Nouvelle-France.
Louis married Marie Madeleine Marcot on 24 January 1774 in Cap-Santé (Ste-Famille), co. Portneuf, Province de Québec.
Louis died on 4 September 1834 in Cap-Santé, Portneuf, Bas-Canada, aged ~84.
