Marie Marguerite Pitre was born on 19 March 1769, and baptized on 22 March 1769 in Nicolet, Province de Québec. She was the daughter of Michel Pitre and Marie Josèphe Orillon. [1]
Marguerite Pitre and Jean Joseph Bertin were married in 1790 in Caraquet, Nouveau-Brunswick.[2]
She passed away after 1797, based on known birth of children (1797 birth of Felix is not presently sourced).

The 1824 burial record attached to this profile concerns another Marie Pitre who was married to Jean Baptiste Chamberland.
