Biography

Marie Lodoiska Pitre, daughter of Pierre Pitre and Marguerite Elizabeth Vige, was born on 1 Oct. 1826 and baptized on 19 Nov. 1826, her birth and baptism were recorded at St. Landry Catholic Church, Opelousas, St. Landry Parish, Louisiana.[1]

She married Dailcourt joubert, son of Jean Dalicort and Marie Louise Ledoux, on 17 Nov. 1840 their marriage was recorded at St. Landry Catholic Church, Opelousas, St. Landry Parish, Louisiana.[1]

Marie died before 4 Jan 1862 the date of her succession if St. Landry Parish, Louisiana.[1]
