Biography
Marie Rose Pitre was born in 1880 in Ste. Cecile Parish, Valleyfield, Quebec, the daughter of Timothee Pitre and Marie Quenneville. She married Elzear Bougie in 1902 in Montreal, Québec. Marie died in 1944 in Port Arthur, Ontario, Canada, and is buried in Saint Andrews Catholic Church Cemetery, Thunder Bay, Thunder Bay District, Ontario. Her headstone is a simple cross, engraved “Mother.” [1] [2]
