Biography

David was born in 1825. He was the son of Giles Pitt and Elenor Vincent. He was christened 3rd April 1825 in Minety, Wiltshire, England[1] He was living with his parents and siblings in Minety, Wiltshire, England and he was working as a labourer in 1851[2] He married Isabella Bubyer in Malmesbury, Wiltshire, England in 1857[3] He was living with his wife and children at Heath Lane, Reigate Foreign, Surrey, England and he was working as a General Servant in 1861[4] He was still living with his wife and children in Reigate Old Borough, Surrey, England and he was working as a Licensed Victualler in 1871[5] He was still with his wife and family at Holmesdale Road, Reigate Foreign, Surrey, England and he was working as a carman in 1881[6] he was still living with them still at Holmesdale Road, Reigate, Surrey, England and he was working as a General Contractor in 1891[7] He was living with his daughter Ethel at Warren Road, Betchworth, Surrey, England and he was working as a Carman & Contractor-Farmer in 1901[8] He passed away in 1908[9]
