Arnold Pittman was born in Appalachia, in Mississippi.

Arnold M. Pittman, son of Samuel and Lula Maude (Wallace) Pittman, was born on 16 Dec. 1921 probably in Alcorn County, Mississippi.[1] He appeared on the census of 29 April 1930 in the home of his parents at Alcorn County, Mississippi.[2]

Arnold died on 1 Feb. 2016 in Alcorn County, Mississippi and was buried at Forrest Memorial Park, Corinth, Alcorn County, Mississippi. His memorial has a photo and a copy of his obituary.[1]
