Biography
Frederick Charles Platts was born in 1909. He was the son of Charles Platts and Florence Mason. [1]
Frederick's mother died in 1910.
In 1911, Frederick was living with his aunt, Alice Hinsley (his father's sister) and her husband and children in Worthington, Leicestershire. [2]
