Research Notes
Joseph Platts and Hannah Haywood maried on 21st April 1794 in Breedon, James Elverson (spouse of Elizabeth Platts) was a witness.
[8][9]
Thomas is the only child I can find for Joseph and Hannah. There is a death of Joseph Platts of Coleorton Moor the following year after the christening of Thomas, which might explain this, or they could have moved elsewhere. Thomas married in and lived in Scotland, then lived in Wymeswold, so he moved about a fair bit. Maybe his folks did the same?
