Note: 1913: An Interesting fuel test was recently made by C. J. Ploof, between Detroit and Brie, Pa,, a, distance of 270 miles. Ploof made the run on his motocycle, using only three gallons of gasoline for the entire distance. This showing was made during a journey from Detroit to New York, by way of Erie. Ploof arrived in New York on schedule time, and is now riding back to Detroit. [7] Relative: Louise Roberts, 3952 A. St., Detroit, MI, USA. [1]
