Note: 2011: Gerald S. Ploof, 60, passed away on March 11, 2011, at his home in Tampa, FL. Formerly of West Hartford and San Ramon, CA, Gerry is the son of the late Stanley A. and Geraldine (Stone) Ploof. He is also predeceased by his step-mother, Helen (Gechas) Ploof. Gerry is survived by his loving children, Michael and Kimberly Ploof, currently of TN, six brothers and sisters; Jon Ploof of Lakeport, CA, Stanley Ploof of Livermore, CA, Peter Ploof of Eden, VT, Pauline Letourneau and Martha Ploof, both of Durham, NC and Patricia Calabrese of East Hartford, CT,. along with several nieces, nephews and cousins. A private funeral service will be held in TN. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Diabetes Association . [3]
