Biography

Rowley is just north of Ipswich, Massachusetts. Ipswich is south of Newbury and Newburyport which sits in the northernmost area of the coastal border next to New Hampshire.

Ann Plummer was baptized 18 January 1691, Rowley, Essex County, Massachusetts.^[1] Her parents were Benjamin Plumer and Ann Wood. Benjamin Plumer's family originated in Newbury, Massachusetts.^[2]

Ann Plummer married Jonathan Wheeler on 15 November 1710 also in Rowley, Essex County, Massachusetts.^[3] Jonathan and Ann Wheeler had the following known children all in Rowley^[4]:
