Randall Plunkett was a member of the aristocracy in British Isles.

Randall Plunkett, 13th Baron Dunsany was born Mar 1738/9, son of Edward Plunkett and Mary Allen.[1] He mar. (1) on 12 Aug 1771 to Margaret (Archdekin) Mandeville (widow of Edward Mandeville, of Ballydine, co. Tipperary; d. 12 Sep 1791), dau. of Edward Archdekin, of co. Kilkenny. [1]

  2. Hon Randall Plunkett (b. 1 Oct 1778; d. 30 Oct 1835)[1]
  3. Hon Margaret Plunkett (d. 28 Jul 1831), mar. (1) 7 Jul 1808 Thomas Oliver [Plunkett], 11th Baron Louth, and (2 )1 Apr 1827 Lt Col Thomas Tisdall, of Charleville, co. Louth, and had issue by her first husband[1]
  4. Hon Rosetta Plunkett (d. 1842)[1]
  5. Hon Maria Victoria Plunkett[1]
  6. Hon Anna Maria Plunkett (d. 26 Apr 1856), mar. (1) Philip Roche, of Donore, co. Kildare, and (2) 22 Jul 1822 Admiral Ryder Burton KH RN (d. 2 Aug 1876), and had issue by both husbands

He lived at Charleville, County Louth, Ireland. He succeeded as the 13th Baron Dunsany [I., c. 1462] on 9 June 1781. He established his right to a seat in the Irish House of Lords in 1785.

Randall mar. (2) 24 Apr 1797 or 7 Aug 1800 Emma Mary Smith (dsp. 7 Jun 1828), sister of Sir Drummond Smith, 1st Bt., and 2nd dau. of John Smith, of London, merchant, by his wife Mary Ransom, dau. of Griffin Ransom, of Westminster, banker.[1]

Randall died 4 Apr 1821 and was succeeded by his son, Edward, 14th Baron Dunsany, by first wife.[1]
