Biography
Christine Poirier was born on 30 March 1810, and was later baptized on 27 May 1810 in Rimouski. She was the daughter of Pierre Poirier and Agathe Ruai.[1] She married Célestin Volant dit De Champlain on 19 February 1844 in Sainte-Luce.[2]
