Biography

Marie Suzanne was born in 1778. She was the daughter of Joseph Poirier and Marie Anne Cuillerier. She married in 1801, and passed away in 1811.

Louis Podevin, son of Louis Podevin and Marie Magdeleine Blosse dite Belhumeur, married Susanne Poyrier, daughter of the late Joseph Poyrier and Marie Anne Cuillerier, on 19 Oct 1801 in Île-Perrot. ^[2]

Louis and Susanne had 6 children. Their last child, Paul, was born on 4 Oct 1811, baptized in Vaudreuil (St-Michel), but died eleven days later. Susanne also died in October 1811, and she and her newborn son Paul were both buried on 17 October 1811 in the cemetery of Sainte-Jeanne-de-Chantal, Île-Perrot.
