Michel Poirier was born about 1710. He was the son of Pierre Poirier and Agnes Cormier. At age 25, he married Magdeleine Leblanc, age 21, daughter of Rene Leblanc and Jeanne Landry 3 Oct 1725 at Saint Charles des Mines, Grand-Pré, Acadia.[1]
