There are no direct sources lining Adelaide Poirier with parents Pierre Poirier and Nathalie dite Anastasie Bonin, but Jim King concludes from examining the consangunity recorded in marriages with Adelaide's descendants that it's reasonable to conclude they were her parents.[2]
