Rudolph was born in 1910. He passed away in 1978.
Rudolph Frank Polak, son of Frank and Mary Skucius Polak was born at Diller, Nebraska, on December 28, 1910 and died at Republic County Hospital, Belleville, at the age of 67 years, 4 months and 23 days. He grew up in this area and attended the Ida grade school. He married Julia A. Sterba on February 19. 1935 and to this union three children wee born, Richard, Jim and Mary Lee. In 1952, he and his family moved to a farm north of Narka where he was engaged in farming up to the time of his death. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one grandchild. He is survived by his wife, Julia of the home; two sons, Richard and his wife, Sandra of Wichita, Jim and his wife, Sue of Salina, one daughter, Mary Lee Piroutek and her husband, Dennis of Smith Center, two brothers, Ernest of Omaha, Nebr. and Arthur of Gothenburg, Nebr., one sister, Mrs. Elsie Cerny of Omaha, Nebr., and five grandchildren, Bradley, Russell, and Jeffery Piroutek, and Jennifer and Jonathan Polak.
