Rudolpho John Polchek was born on 6 April 1888. His place of birth is identified as Knisen, Austria on his WWI draft card^[1]. On the 1930 US census, his birth place is Czechoslovakia (it is likely that his birth place was part of the Austrian Empire before the Great War and later became part of the new Czechoslovakia).

He emigrated to the USA around 1900.

Rudolpho John (Rudolph) Polchek married Vilma Stenzel in 1922 in Pennsylvania^[2][3].

They had the following children:

3. Herbert (1927).

He died on 15 October 1964 in Philadelphia^[4].
