Biography

Robert was baptized 2 May 1757 at St John, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Northumberland, England, son of William Pollard.

Residence: In 1780 he was living at Staple Inn Buildings, Holborn, London, where daughter, Catherine, was born, and where he painted and published the portrait of Paul Sandby, Esq, F.R.A.
