Philip William Pollard was the son of Philip William Pollard and Catherine Dwyer born in Creswick in 1881 [1]

Philip Pollard married Ellen Victoria Burns in 1901 [2]

In 1919 Philip was searching for his wife who went missing in 1911 POLLARD.- Will anyone knowing the where abouts of Ellen Victoria Pollard (nee Ellen Victoria Burns, of Clunes), last beard of at Beech Forest, Victoria, in 1911, kindly inform husband, Phillip William Pollard, address Daylesford, Victoria.[3]

Philip William Pollard died in Mont Park in 1934, this may have been the Mental Assylum . Records are available at the Public Records Office but I have not researched them as yet [4]
