Biography
Ambrose Pollard seems to have been the son of John Pollard and Emma Randell. He married a Diana, and had a number of children in Tilt Cove.
This biography is tentative, but is based on the research of Jill Marshall in her online correspondence[1], and transcriber's notes on her many transcribed records.
- I believe Ambrose Pollard to have been the son of John Pollard and Emma Randell (she is known to have married John Pollard because of her father's will, there is no marriage record for those very early days). John Pollard was born around 1806 and buried Dec 20 1869 at Tilt Cove age given as 63 years...
