(1937). DIVORCE. Violet Daphne May Cole was the petitioner against Ernest Charles Cole on the ground of respondent's repeated and habitual failure to comply with a maintenance order. According to petitioner, the marriage was held in Perth on January 20, 1931. There was one child. Witness obtained a maintenance order against her husband, but he had not complied with its terms. Petitioner was granted a decree nisi returnable in four months and the custody of the child. Mr. M. J. Gerloff appeared for petitioner.
